My review as a consumer of products and services

I am writing this review for the dental service which my parents took from Apurva Dental Care ( https://www.apurvadentalcare.com/ ).  This service was chosen based on high rating on practo.com. I have heard a lot about fake practo reviews since then, so I wrote facebook review. But unfortunately they hide it, that also explains the non existence of negative reviews for them on any site. I am pasting the review here and also the image of our conversation. My parents visited them for dental pain. The doctor (Dr Ruchi Lohia) recommended dental implant to my father and charged 70,000 rupees for two implants. The implant had a life long warranty (15 years) for any issue. The implant got loose within an year. The doctor refused to do any treatment and rudely denied any service. Also my mother got her root canal done there. She still had severe pain in gums. Later we found from x-ray that they left a broken pin (part of cleaning tool) inside her gums !! My parents had to trave
